The Hérault Valley is a fantastic natural area. Along the gorges and the river’s more peaceful course, extraordinary sites and remarkable historical monuments are encountered at every turn.

But more than this, there is a special local heritage on a small scale which bears witness to the fact that this is a land devoted to the growing of the vine and the olive-tree.
