The "Restaurateur de France" quality label is based on a passion for the culinary arts. Establishments that have been awarded the label offer local, authentic cooking in a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere.They are classified as "Tourist restaurants" in accordance with the standards set out in the Order of 27 September 1999. "Restaurateurs de France" are committed to promoting regional produce to support local farmers.
